Service rules, responsibility of the parties, and limitations.
Typespatial provides a SaaS platform for geospatial analysis, 3D mapping and satellite monitoring for companies in the mining and oil sector in Argentina. The service includes visualization of industrial land tenders, digital elevation models and automated topographic change alerts.
The user undertakes to use the geospatial data and platform tools exclusively for professional engineering, surveying and land evaluation purposes. They are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data in the field before making operational or contractual decisions. Access to the platform is personal and non-transferable.
Typespatial does not guarantee that satellite data or topographic models are error-free or suitable for all specific uses. The company is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the information provided, including investment decisions, construction planning or submission of bids in tenders. The user assumes the risk associated with the interpretation of the data.
All content generated by the platform, including maps, 3D models, reports and visualizations, is the property of Typespatial or its licensors. The user obtains a limited use license for internal purposes and may not redistribute, sell or modify the data without express written authorization.
Typespatial reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the platform in the event of breach of these terms, misuse of the data or non-payment of agreed fees. Termination does not exempt the user from pending obligations or the confidentiality of the information obtained.
Typespatial may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to active users at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
