Data Encryption at Rest and in Transit

All topographical and satellite information is stored with AES-256 encryption. Connections between the SaaS platform and clients use TLS 1.3. 3D models and Shapefiles are protected by keys managed by hardware security modules (HSM).

Multifactor Authentication and Roles

Each corporate user accesses via MFA with single-use tokens. Permissions are assigned by specific roles: viewing, layer editing, tender management, and auditing. There are no generic accesses or shared accounts.

Data Segregation by Client

Mining and oil datasets are isolated in independent logical instances within the same infrastructure. Each tender and project has its own storage space with unique encryption keys. There is no cross-information between accounts.

Audit Logging and Incident Response

All platform queries, map downloads, and configuration changes are recorded in immutable logs. The security team monitors in real-time and activates response protocols for unauthorized access or anomalies in data traffic.
